High-carbon material "Termolant"

Company "Flagman" is ready to produce and deliver your company high-carbon material "Termolant" brand held a high-temperature processing, classification under size and chemical composition and intended for use in metallurgical production as recarburizer of steel and cast iron. High carbon content and low sulfur content and volatile matters are the key characteristics of  "Termolant". It provides industry the possibility to produce  steel and alloys of high quality.

High-carbon material "Termolant" contains matte black grains of different fractional composition made from high-quality low-sulphur anthracite, mined in Donetsk coal basin. Material is  produced under the  technology that allows to carry out the restructuring of the internal structure of anthracite, turning them into a thermo-anthracite at a temperatures above 1 200 0C. At this temperature, there is a process of anthracite lattitude changing, removing of volatiles, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur,  deashing and its partial graphitization.

Modern metallurgy uses actively carbon materials to improve the quality of melted metal. The use of "Termolant" in metallurgical production can improve significantly the quality characteristics of steel and alloys, provide metal hardness and increase its durability. Consistently high carbon content and the absence of contaminating alloys in the material allow to use it as recarburizer in the production of carbon and alloy marks of steel. High-carbon material "Termolant" in its chemical and physical properties excels  existing carbon materials on the market and can be used as a substitute of coke or byproduct of  electrode industry.

High-carbon material is made in accordance with the requirements of the customer: fraction, physical and chemical parameters of the "Thermolant" are formed directly under the customer's needs in full compliance with the agreed specifications. According to the customer’s choice it  is possible to supply material in high-polypropylene bags with additional plastic bag (container-type big bag weighing about 850 kg) or in paper bags weighing 25 or 50 kg.
