Delivery

Delivery of company "Flagman" products is carried out subject to the existence  of  signed contract and paid invioce.

 There are various variants for delivery:

• by railway transport in open wagons (private tracks);

• by vehicles;

• by container.

Different packaging variants:

• polypropylene bags with polyethylene heat insulating insert (bag of type big-bag, the average weight of 850 kg, waterproof, retains the properties of the product contained up to 3 months);

 • Polypropylene bags without heat insulating insert  (everage weight  of 50 kg);

• Paper three-ply bags (average weight of 25 kg, overpacking is possible,  polypropylene big bags).

Full set of document for each shipped parcel  is made out, and also the  documents confirming the quality characteristics of the product are provided. They are:

• Hygienic certificates for coal;

• Certificate of quality and safety (quality passport);

• Certificate of Conformity;

• Technical specifications;

• Documented results of the international independent examination analysis.
