Material for filtering «Ecolant» is produced by high temperature incinerating of anthracite coal in the furnace (at t = 1200 ° C) with the following activation of red-hot surface of  thermoanthracite by vapour.

"Termolant" Ltd is one of the most promising companies in the South Russia for the production of carbon material for ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy. The growing metallurgical enterprises demand for high-quality  carbon material, having a high carbon content, low sulfur and best price, promoted the creating of our company.

 Today in the Russian market there are a large number of companies engaged in the production and wholesale of carbon materials of various grades and fractions. Most recarburizer manufacturers produce carbon material through the two hundred degrees "heat treatment", or more simply, through the classical coal drying in the drum. The technology of our company involves char burning in a furnace at a temperature above 1 200 0C, to get rid of most contaminating alloys  in the carbon material.

Since 2015, we have developed and tested a fundamentally new carbon materials production process for metal and steel production aims, which allowed to increase significantly the carbon content in the material and to reduce significantly the mass fraction of sulfur and volatile matters. In fact, the  technologists of our organization created a fundamentally new recarburizer similar in its physical properties and chemical composition to a graphitiferous material, but with a lower price. This carbon material was called "Termolant."
